Our beautiful daughter, Berlyn Smith returned to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on May 3, 2014. Sweet Berlyn was born April 3, 2014 to Zachary and Jamie Dallin Smith. Even though her life was full of challenges she proved to be a fighter. Her special spirit has touched many people while here on Earth. Her parents feel honored to haven been given the privilege to love her.
Berlyn is survived by her loving parents; grandparents Craig "Bubba" (Nancy) Smith and Jeff (Jan) Dallin; many great-grandparents; and great-great grandfather Chester Christensen; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
We would like to thank the wonderful staff, especially Earl, Megan, and Melissa at Primary Children's Hospital for the tender care offered to our daughter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Bear River City LDS Chapel, 5870 North 4700 West in Bear River City. Viewings will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 6-7:30 PM and Wednesday prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 AM. Both viewings will be held at the Church. Burial will follow in the Bear River City cemetery.
