Beverly Buttars

Ogden-Beverly Owen Buttars 75, passed peacefully surrounded by her family Tuesday April 13, 2010. Beverly was born September 30, 1934 to John and Nina Thompson Owen in Clarkston, Utah. She Married Thomas Grill on December 11, 1953 and later Divorced. Beverly married T. Edward Buttars June 1997 in the Ogden Temple. Beverly graduated from Bear River High School in 1952. She worked at the Defense Depot in Ogden where she retired in 1993. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, quilting and most of all spending time with her family. Beverly was a member of the LDS church where she held many callings, and was an Officiator in the Ogden Temple. She is survived by her children; Sheri (Dale) Voisard, Dennis Grill, John (Martha) Grill, Stepchildren; Rita (Greg) Booth, Nancy (Ron) Daniels, Julie (John) Blasko, Michelle (Gray) Johnson, Jill (Russell) Turner, and Mary Jo Schutz. Brothers and Sister; Judy (Vern) Deakin, Earl (Randee) Owen, Richard (JaDene) Owen. She was preceded in death by her sweetheart Ed, parents, grandparents, and a baby sister. A funeral service will be held Saturday April 17, 2010 at 12 noon at the Fielding Stake Center, 4375 West 15600 North in Fielding. Family and friends may call Friday April 16, 2010 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Rudd Funeral Home 1234 S. Main Garland, Utah and Saturday from 10:30 –11:30 a.m. at the Fielding Stake Center. Interment at Washington Heights Memorial Park. The family would like to thank all the wonderful care givers at Bear River Care Center.
