GARLAND- Edward Lester (Les) Miller passed away on February 16, 2015 due to causes of incidental age. He was born on May 13, 1927 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. He is the son of Edward & Ethel Miller. He married Beverly Caton Miller on November 18, 1997 in Brigham City, Utah.
He served in the later part of WWII in the medical core. After his service in the military he worked in the oil fields and retired after 40 years. He moved to Garland, Utah in 1987.
He loved hunting, fishing and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; sister, Erma Miller of Oklahoma; daughter & son-in-law, Brenda & Shawn Pena, and son, Ron Miller, all of California; step children, Rick & Randy Caton of Utah, Paula Phillips of California & Tina Carr and Bill Caton of Texas; grandchildren David & Jennifer Miller of California and many step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 21, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home Chapel (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, Utah). There will be a viewing held on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home and prior to the funeral from 9:30-10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Garland Cemetery.
