Ellen Andersen

Ellen Jane Garce Andersen (74) passed away on April 10, 2019 in Logan, Utah. She was born on October 20, 1944 in Loveland, Colorado to Elbert H. Garce and Edna Earle Tuck Garce. She married Darrell M. Andersen on June 21, 1963 in Logan, Utah. Darrell then passed away on February 28, 2018.

Ellen lived in many different places throughout her life but spent the last fifteen years of her life in Logan and Howell, Utah. She attended Utah State University and received her bachelor’s degree in education. After many years at Thiokol, she retired.

She is survived by her children, Darin Todd (Betty) Andersen, Jill Andersen, and Lori Andersen; grandchildren, Nicole Hodges and Jacklyn Andersen; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Hailey, and Kylie Bair, and Casey and Mason Hodges; siblings, Mary and David.

Ellen is preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton) with a viewing held prior at 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at the Howell Cemetery.
