Eula Kimber of Grouse Creek, Utah passed away Tuesday morning, Dec. 16, 2014 at the Intermountain Healthcare Hospital in Murray, Utah. She was born 2 Jan. 1921 in Etna, Utah. She was preceded in death by her parents (Joseph A. & Bertha T. Kimber), her brother (Viril J.), and her husband of 64 years (Lyman E. Kimber). She is survived by her sister (Lela Runyan), brother (Irvin Kimber), and many nieces and nephews.
She was as a dedicated wife, school teacher, and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a Veteran of WWII having served in the US Navy Waves. She enjoyed family activities, teaching children in school and church, music, and arts/crafts. In her later years, she spent many hours making birthday/Christmas/greeting cards which she sent to family and friends.
She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. A viewing will be held 26 December 2014 at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home, 111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, UT from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Her funeral will be held at the L.D.S. chapel in Grouse Creek on 27 December 2014 at 11:30 a.m. with a viewing being held at 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to services.
