Our precious baby girl, Faith Rose Williams ("Bean"), was born and left this world on Dec. 3, 2014 at Logan Regional Hospital. She is the daughter of Adam and Tosha Williams of Tremonton.
She is survived by her parents; siblings, Baylee and Noah; grandparents, Wynn & Tina Coburn of Tremonton and Bruce Williams of Syracuse; great-grandparents, Melvin Coburn of Deweyville, Ray & Rosalie Yoder of Garland; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Faith was preceded in death by an angel baby sibling; her grandma, Martha Williams and great-grandma, Arlien Coburn.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, Dec. 6 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Logan City Cemetery.
