Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be missed dearly.
Frances was an accomplished teacher, she taught for 37 years between her time in Idaho and Utah. Her greatest joy was knowing her students had solid reading skills to be successful in life. When she wasn’t teaching, Frances was an avid gardener and an accomplished tatter. Frances was married on October 28, 1946, to Cecil McNeely Jr. They had two children, Alan F. McNeely and Sara (Sally Jo) Whitney. After the death of Cecil in 1952, Frances married J. Duane Getz on May 16, 1957. She had two more children, S. Marie Watkins and T. Shane Getz.
Frances was preceded in death by husbands Cecil McNeely, J. Duane Getz, Frank Fashbaugh (father), Helen Fashbaugh (mother) and Sara Whitney (daughter).
