Glenda Rawlins Cutler returned to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 17, 2014. She was born on April 22, 1940 to Wells Orgill and Elizabeth McMurdie Rawlins in Logan, Utah. She was raised in Paradise, Utah and was a graduate of South Cache High School. She married Gary Lamar Cutler on June 19, 1964. They were sealed in the Logan LDS Temple on May 5, 1984. They made their home in Tremonton, Utah.
Glenda had a strong work ethic. She worked at numerous jobs throughout her life which included the Sugar Factory in Garland, Utah and Thiokol in Promontory, Utah. Glenda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Tremonton 5th ward. Glenda held many positions but treasured her time serving the children in the Primary. Glenda loved children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wells and Elizabeth Rawlins, parents-in-law, Lamar and Elizabeth Cutler, along with several brothers and sisters-in-law, a niece and a nephew, all of whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Lamar Cutler, 4 children; Michael(Krista) Cutler, Debra(Ernie)Mankin, Tami(Dee) Jeppson, and Corey Cutler, 8 grandchildren, 3 brothers; Wells Byron(Colleen) Rawlins, James Kay Rawlins, Grant(Maurita) Rawlins and 1 sister Shirlene Rawlins. She is also survived by countless relatives who she loved dearly.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the qualified and gentle staff at Bear River Valley Care Center and to Dr. Rod Merrell and Dr. Duane Bohman and their clinic staff’s for their professionalism and friendship to Glenda.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tremonton 5th Ward LDS Chapel (300 South Tremont St.), viewings will be held Wednesday, May 21, from 6-8 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E.- Tremonton) as well as Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.
