Kathryn Lish

September 12, 1939 — September 9, 2012

YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE Our beautiful wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Kathryn Kerr Lish passed away on September 9, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. Kathryn was born September 12, 1939 to W. Edward Kerr and Dorothy Burton Kerr. She was a life time resident of the Bear River Valley and was proud to be a Bear River Bear. She married her high school sweetheart, Ray E. Lish on June 25, 1956; they were later sealed for time and all eternity on June 11, 1964. Mom was an example and friend to all; she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who served valiantly in numerous callings. Mom was our biggest fan in all we did. There are not enough works to describe the wonderful person she was. She was best known for her beautiful voice, contagious smile and cinnamon rolls. She is survived by her loving husband Ray; her children; Dr. Jeffrey (Naomi) Lish, Laurie (Tim) Munns, Robyn (Craig) Christensen, Doug (Suzy) Lish, Julie (Steve) Richins, Jodi (Troy) Scott; 23 grandchildren; 23 great grand-children with 2 on the way; two sisters and one brother; Carolyn Jensen, Sharon Campbell, and Don Kerr. She is preceded by her parents Ed and Dorothy Kerr; brothers Lynn Kerr and Robert Kerr; great grand- children Kolbi Mae Christensen, Braison Hullinger, and Skylar Summers. The family would like to give a special thank-you to the PrimRose Home Health Care; Tara, Linda B, Linda K. and Stacie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the Garland Tabernacle (140 West Factory). A viewing for friends and family will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 E, Tremonton) and Thursday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the Garland Tabernacle. Interment in the Deweyville Cemetery.
