With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of Katie Snyder London, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at The Bear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton, Utah. Born on February 8, 1978, in Lake Havasu, Mohave County, Arizona, to William Peter and Bertha Watkins Snyder, Katie's journey was filled with love and compassion.
On January 31, 2003, Katie married Matthew Ryan London, the love of her life, in a ceremony filled with joy and promise in Marriott-Slaterville. Together, they created a warm and loving home, supported by their two wonderful children, Hannah and Windsor.
Raised in the beautiful landscapes of Arizona, Katie’s desire for knowledge led her to Weber State University, where she proudly earned her bachelor’s degree. Her professional journey flourished as a dedicated sales agent for HUB International, Inc., where she was recognized with numerous sales awards, a testament to her hard work and perseverance.
Katie was a vibrant soul with diverse passions. She cherished her time spent crafting, boating, and diving into genealogy. Always the gracious hostess, she found joy in entertaining and planning celebrations. Katie was particularly devoted to her children's activities, cheering them on at sporting events and engaging in school functions, embodying the role of a proud mother.
A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Katie served in various capacities, notably as Young Women Camp Director. She was an enthusiastic High School Team Tennis Mom. She also made a valuable impact on the community by serving as the President of the Bear River High School Lacrosse Booster Club.
Katie is survived by her beloved husband, Matthew London; her cherished daughter, Hannah London; and her dear son, Windsor London. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, William Peter and Bertha Watkins Snyder.
A Celebration of Katie's life will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, April 11, 2025, with a viewing preceding the service from 11-12:30 P.M. All services will take place at Rudd Funeral Home-Tremonton (111 N. 100 E- Tremonton). Following the celebration, she will be interred in the Elwood Cemetery.
Katie’s spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing her, and we will honor her memory through love and kindness.
