Koreen Busenbark Burgess (56) passed away peacefully at her home on May 12, 2019 in Garland, Utah. She was born on July 1, 1962 in Brigham City, Utah to DL & Karen Busenbark. She married the love of her life, Brady Burgess on November 15, 1991 in Garland, Utah. They were sealed together in the Logan, Utah Temple on May 1, 1993. She is now reunited with Brady who sadly passed away this past November.
Koreen spent her life in Tremonton and Garland Utah. She worked at the bowling alley, Intermountain Threading, and OEA.
She loved camping at Twin Lakes, boating, riding motorcycles, spending time at the cabin at Bear Lake, being with family- especially the grandkids! She was a huge sports fan, and an avid Broncos, Nascar and Jazz fan.
Koreen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Victory Motorcycle Club, and Thursday Night Women’s Bowling League.
She is survived by her mother, Karen Busenbark Leany; brothers, Eddie (Jen) Busenbark and Les (Irma) Busenbark; children, Cami (Jason) Rose, Lori (Robert) Hall, and Derrick (Stephanie) Larson; grandchildren, Ryker and Morgan Rose, Korbin and Kayson Vaux, Brackyn, Bryler, and Kaydence Larson.
Koreen is preceded in death by her husband, Brady Burgess; Father, DL Busenbark; sister, Vaniece Lish; nephew, A.J. Keller; mother-in-law, LaWanna Estep Burgess.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Garland Tabernacle (140 W. Factory, Garland). Viewings will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton) and prior to the funeral from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Tabernacle.
