Lisia Barrientez

Lisia Ann (Smiley) Barrientez, 48, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Ogden Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family and friends. She was born August 11, 1966 in Ogden, UT to Vella Mae & Harry Lee Smiley.

Lisia enjoyed the company of her family, friends, grandchildren, and her loving animals. She loved to travel. Wendover, NV was one of her favorite places.

Lisia Leaves behind her 4 sons, Anthony, Timothy, Daniel and James Barrientez; 11 grandchildren; 2 companion animals, Baby (dog) & Tigger (cat) and 4 sisters, Geneva Barrientez, Louise Kraus, Lola Valdez and Zelda Smiley.

She is preceded in death by Vella Mae (Peyope) Smiley (Mother), Harry Lee Smiley (Father), and Jerry Lee Smiley (Brother).

Her family wishes to thank the staff of Ogden Regional Medical Center & a big thank you to her nurse, Susan Kerkman.

There will be a graveside service held on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washakie Cemetery, with a viewing prior to the service at 10:00 at the cemetery.(If you are able bodied, please bring a shovel)
