Margo Eberhard

Our loving, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully at home April 11, 2018, in Tremonton, Utah after a courageous battle with health issues. She had been surrounded by family and friends in her final days on earth.

She was born April 27, 1941 in Ogden, Utah to Claude L. & Norine (Buck) Summerill. She attended and graduated from Weber State University and St. Benedict’s School of Nursing in 1963. She had many jobs in her career as a caretaker, nurse, and administrator.

Soon after graduation she was married and sealed to Arnold G. Eberhard on August 23, 1963 in the Logan LDS Temple. Together they had 6 children. Natalie Eberhard; Christopher S. Eberhard (Maren); Amanda E. Quilter (Michael); Cynthia E. Murphy (Melissa); Anthony A. Eberhard (deceased); Monica E. Jensen (Quinn).

She loved spending time and attending her grandchildren’s activities. Courtney B. Eberhard; Dylan A. Wuthrich; Ethan J. Wuthrich; Kennedi Jensen; Brayden Q. Jensen; Norah Kate Eberhard; Atticus J. Eberhard; Wyatt A. Jensen; Bailey D. Eberhard; Caleb C. Jensen; and Emeri Jensen.

She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Over the years she served her Heavenly Father in various callings. She was an avid reader and enjoyed volunteering at the Elementary School and Bear River Valley Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Janet S. Johnson, and her son Anthony Alexander.

There will be a viewing Thursday, April 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, Utah). Funeral services will be held Friday, April 20th in the Tremonton 2nd & 5th Ward building (251 South Tremont St. Tremonton, UT) at 11:00 am, with a viewing prior to the funeral from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment will be at the Tremonton City Cemetery.
