On Monday June 24, 2013 our loving mother, grandmother, great grandma and friend, Marian Valentine Pearson Kimber passed away in Tremonton, Utah. She was born on February 14, 1933 in Arco, Idaho to Jesse M. and Melva Winger Pearson.
She married Jack O’Niel Kimber on June 14th, 1951 in Grouse Creek Utah on the Kimber Ranch. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple September 22, 1965. They were the proud parents of 10 children.
She was an avid gardener, teacher, philosopher and reader. She loved the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and fulfilled many callings. Her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was greatly loved and will be missed. She was patient, kind and caring.
She joined her husband Jack, and two sons Stuart and Randy in Heaven.
She is survived by her children, Marilyn, Gwen (Neil) Rose, Jacque, Karen, Edie Ward, A. William (Sheri), Quentin (LeighAnna), and Curtis (Heather), 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and her brother David (Josephine) Pearson
Services will be held Monday July 1, 2013 with a viewing from 10am-11am at the Grouse Creek LDS Chapel, with funeral services beginning at 11:30am in Grouse Creek, Utah with graveside service immediately following at the Grouse Creek Cemetery. A viewing will take place at Roger Taylor Mortuary in Tremonton, Sunday June 30, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm.
