Fielding- Mary Lou Sambrano, 79, passed away on March 28, 2013. Mary was born on April 15, 1933 to Victor Amalla & Andelecia Amalla in Cuervo, New Mexico. On August 26, 1950 she married the love of her life Bartolo Sambrano in Lubbock, Texas where they started their lives. They later lived in California and then Utah.
She lived in Fielding and worked at Nucor Steel in Plymouth, Utah as a custodian until her retirement in 1998. She enjoyed doing many things in her life but she especially loved to sew. Mary was a member of the St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Tremonton, Utah.
Mary is survived by Janie Sambrano, Tina Valdez, Diane S. Harley, Frances Sambrano, Joe Sambrano, Jessie Sambrano, Victor Sambrano, 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bartolo, and daughters Rosie Ortiz and Ellen Gonzales.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday April 2, 2013 at the St Ann’s Catholic Church (760 W 600 N Tremonton, UT) at 11:00 a.m. There will be a rosary held at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E. Tremonton, UT) at 5:00 p.m. in Monday April 1, 2013 with a viewing following the rosary from 6-8 p.m.
