Malad, ID - Myla Jill Keetch came into this earthly existence May 8, 2013 at the Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, UT. She passed away May 10, 2013 at the Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT. Her pure little spirit was too perfect to have to endure the trials of this life.
Myla is survived by her loving parents, Chet & Jill Keetch, her older sister, Mikell; older brother, Krey; grandparents, Mike & Annabel Phillips (Smithfield, UT), Dan & Debbie Keetch (Montpelier, ID); Great-grandmother, Faye Kunz; Great-Grandfather, Gilbert L. Phillips; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. A special thanks to all of our family and friends, the Logan Regional Hospital staff, Treehouse Pediatrics, and the staff at Intermountain Medical Center, especially the special NICU staff.
A private viewing and Graveside service will be held Wednesday May 15, 2013.
