Nancy May Thomsen, 71, passed away on Christmas morning in Utah. She was born in Racine, WI on May 1, 1937 daughter of the late Ezra and Anna (nee: Hiatt) Thomsen. She was preceded in eternal life by her brothers; Thomas, Ronald, and John. Her sister Jane and brother Gary survive her. Nancy worked at Delco Electronics and assisted in the Apollo space program in the 1960's. In 2007 she retired after 32 years at Saint Luke's South Shore (formerly Trinity Memorial Hospital) in Cudahy, WI where she worked as an Emergency Room Admitting Secretary and then as the Environmental Services Administrative Assistant. She lived most of her life in Racine, WI, Greendale, WI and Cudahy, WI. In 2007 she moved to Tremonton, UT to live with her youngest son Jeff and his wife Elvira. She was the loving grandmother to Jeff's 12-year old daughter Brianna. She is also survived by her son Michael Phillips and his wife Suzanne who live in Brooklyn, NY. She will be sorely missed by her many friends across Wisconsin and Utah. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 2, 2008 in the chapel at West Lawn Memorial Park 9000 Washington Avenue, Racine, WI.
