O'Dean Jensen

O’Dean Jensen passed away on October 28, 2013 in Logan, UT. O’Dean was born on September 15, 1929 in Tremonton, UT to Helen & Andy Jensen. In 1950 he married Connie Draper she later passed away in 1967. He then remarried Merilee Brace in Newhall, CA in 1980.
During his life O’Dean grew up in Fielding, UT. He attended Bear River High School. Later he moved to California. There he lived in Sylmar & Newhall where he was in the Carpenter Union Local 844 since 1950.
O’Dean loved to spend time outdoors. He loved riding horses especially on Cattle Drives. He loved anything/ everything about horses. He took great pride in his lawn & garden. He also loved to target shoot & dog training.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Burbank Muzzleloaders.
He is survived by his Children: Debra (Chet) Herrington, Logan, UT; Dean (Tammy) Jensen Logan, UT; Mark Jensen Newhall, CA and grandson Ren Jensen, Logan, UT.
O’Dean was preceded in death by his first wife Connie, second wife Merilee and his parents Andy & Helen.
Funeral services will be held on November 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N. 100 E.) A viewing will be held on November 2, 2013 from 9:30- 10:30 a.m. previous to the funeral. Interment will be in the Fielding Cemetery.
