Oneita Hansen

West Weber-Our loving mother has left on another adventure. She was in her Daughters home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday March 2, 2010. She was born to loving parents, John E. and Elizabeth Dance, July 8, 1926, in Farmington, Utah at her grandmother’s home. She attended Weber county schools, graduating from Weber High School. She loved her friends and high school reunions. She was a lifelong resident of West Weber and a member of the LDS Church; she loved serving in many positions. Oneita Married Richard L. Hansen on August 12, 1949, they raised five children together. She enjoyed golfing, camping, Jazz games, and playing cards with her many friends. Most of all she loved supporting her children in their activities. Mom loved life. She is survived by her sister, Almyra (Dale) Hansen and family. Her children LaRaine (Dennis) Hull; John (Lynette) Hansen; Kent (Kathy) Hansen; Dave (Kathy) Hansen; Blaine (Pam) Hansen; 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and another due April 1. She is also survived by her best friend and sweetheart Warren Olsen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 grandsons, and 1 great granddaughter.
