Richard “Dick” Forsgren- 92, Passed away June 5, 2012. Richard was born December 7, 1919 to Vivian & Cathleen Steel Forsgren, in Bothwell, UT. He grew up and spent the majority of his life in Bothwell. During his life, Richard loved to fish and hunt. He was a hod carrier as well as a farmer. He served his country faithfully in the army as part of World War 2. He served in the South Pacific. Richard is survived by his children, Roy Abel (Son-in-law), Delma(Jay) Poulsen, LaVier(Riona) Daley, Leah(Darrel) Martinson, Kenna(Everett)Higley; Brothers Wendell, Judd, Don, & James Forsgren; and sister, Dorothy King. He is also survived by 275 grandkids, great grandkids, great great grandkids, and great great great grandkids. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Zelda; daughter, Darlene; grandsons, Randy & Kenny; Brothers, Bill, Charles, Jack & Robert; Sisters, Erma, Faye & Hazel. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Utah as well as the George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans Home staff, for all of their love and support to Richard in his last few years. A graveside service will be held for Richard Saturday June 9, 2012 at the Bothwell Valley View Cemetery at 1:00pm. There will be a viewing held previous to the funeral from 11:30-12:30 am, at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home.
