Roberta Westmoreland

Roberta Katherine Westmoreland, 74, passed away on January 27, 2018 at the Bear River Valley Hospital. She was born on December 29, 1943 in Idaho, to William & Laura Pehrson. Roberta was raised in Idaho, and later lived in Texas, and Utah. She married David H. Westmoreland on May 14, 1963 in Brigham City, Utah.

Roberta graduated from Box Elder High School. She also worked at the high school as a cook.

She loved to read, watch Mexican soap operas, drink coffee in the morning with her daughter, and most importantly she loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.

Roberta is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband, David Westmoreland; her children: Bonnie Ross Kelly, Sherrill Westmoreland, April Malloch, Brenda Maldonado, Misty Swartfiger; 22 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

Roberta was preceded in death by her parents, William & Laura; siblings, Dean & Pearl; daughter, Wendy; and her twin boys, Ray & Roy.

A service for friends and family will be held at 5 p.m. at Rudd Funeral Home (1234 S. Main, Garland, UT) on Thursday, February 1, 2018.
