Roger Forsgren

Roger J. Forsgren of Willard, Utah, 53, passed away June 25, 2012 in Ogden, Utah. He was born May 6, 1959 in Preston, Idaho to Deann Howell Forsgren and Don Bud Forsgren of Willard, Utah. Roger grew up in Thatcher, Idaho and attended schools in the Grace, Idaho area. Roger lived the later years of his life in the Willard Utah area and was employed by Utility Trailers in Clearfield, Utah. Roger loved boating, camping, 4-wheeling, snow machining, cars & trucks, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his parents, Deann and Don Forsgren of Willard, Utah, sisters Annette (Brent) Thomas of South Jordan, Utah, Sharon (Rick) Harwood of Grace, Idaho, and Judy (Merlin) Fowler of Hyrum, Utah, brothers Todd and Leland Forsgren of Willard, Utah. He was also survived by five nieces, five nephews, a great niece and two great nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Sarah Cooke Howell and Ralph Howell of Portage, Utah and fraternal grandparents Cathleen Quinney Forsgren and Vivian Vincent Forsgren of Bothwell, Utah. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Robert C. Moesinger, M.D. and the staff at Ogden Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00am at the Willard Stake Center located at 840 W. 8300 S (west of highway 89) in Willard, UT. Viewings will be held Friday evening, June 29, 2012, 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Rudd Funeral Home located at 1234 S. Main in Garland, UT, and previous to the funeral from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at the Valley View Cemetery in Bothwell, UT.
