Ronnie Thompson Scott

Ronnie Thompson Scott, of Fielding, Utah, returned to his loving heavenly fathers arms on Sunday August 18, 2024. Ronnie was born to Donald and Lula Scott on April 24, 1962 in Tremonton, Utah. He was raised in Fielding, Utah on a farm with 7 siblings and many animals. He eventually left the farm for a short while to go and study at Utah Tech (Now known as Salt Lake Community College). While there he studied welding, was on the rodeo team as a bull rider and a team roper, and met the love of his life Arliss Kay Levingston.

 Ronnie and Arliss were married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake City, Utah Temple on October 28, 1983. They settled down in Fielding, Utah and had 6 children. Ronnie continued to work on the family farm for many years. Working on the farm and working the land brought Ronnie great happiness and fulfillment. Ronnie had other hobbies as well such as camping, fishing, demolition derbies, trail rides, welding, working hard, helping others, but none as great as spending time with his grandchildren and horses. 

Ronnie is survived by his wife Arliss Scott. 6 children Rhett (Tara), Kira (Steve), Lissa, Shylo (Ben), Shad (Dawnica), and Ayla (Bob). 19 grandchildren, many more adopted grandchildren, his siblings, countless friends and neighbors. He is proceeded in death by his parents Donald and Lula Scott, many aunts, uncles and other loved ones. 

There will be a viewing held on Tuesday August 27, 2024 from 5-7 pm and on Wednesday August 28, 2024 from 9:30 am -10:30 am at the Fielding Utah Stake Center 4375 W 15600 N, Fielding, Utah 84311. Services will be held Wednesday August 28, 2024 at 11:00 am at the Fielding Utah Stake Center, 4375 W 15600 N, Fielding, Utah 84311. Interment with take place at the Fielding Utah Cemetery immediately following the service.
