RoseLynn (Rosie) Huggins

RoseLynn (Rosie) Christensen Nelson Huggins, 87, died Sunday, March 4, 2018, in Brigham City, Utah. She was born to Daniel and Jeannette Rose Christensen in Tremonton, Utah on December 5, 1930.

She married Reed C. Nelson and had five children, Gayle, Wayne, Judy, Dan, and Susan. They later divorced. She later married Farrell Huggins. He passed away in 2002.

Rosie was always a hard worker, from picking fruit, to supervisor at Brigham Apparel, to the best farm hand around.

She loved her family and was happiest surrounded by all her children and grandchildren. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Rosie is survived by her children: Gayle Cutler, Wayne Nelson, Judy (Mike) Purser, Dan (Susan) Nelson, and Susan (Rick) Roche; 13 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Farrell; siblings, Blondie Nelson, LaMar and Boyd Christensen; sons-in-law, Lyone Cutler and Lynn Ray Udy; and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home (111 N 100 N Tremonton, Utah) at 12:00 p.m. with a viewing prior to the funeral from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Burial services will follow at the Bear River City Cemetery.
