Sally Gibbons
April 15, 1943 — August 2, 2017
Bear River City- Sally Gibbons, 74, passed away on August 2, 2017 at her home in Bear River City, Utah. She was born on April 15, 1943 in Brigham City, Utah to Clara and Theron Jensen.
Sally was raised in Brigham City, Utah where she attended and graduated from Box Elder High School. She married Don Gibbons on January 14, 1961 in Brigham City. They lived in Corinne, and most recently in Bear River City.
She enjoyed painting water colors, gardening, taking care of her dogs, quilting, fishing and camping.
Sally is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her husband, Don; children, Dalene (Craig) Toth and Kyle (Jolene) Gibbons; grandchildren, Trever, Skyler, Dillan, Alexis, Devin; and four great grandchildren.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Dann Gibbons.
Funeral services for Sally will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Viewings will be held on Wednesday evening, August 9, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. and prior to the funeral service on Thursday from 9:30- 10:30 a.m. All services will be held at the Bear River City LDS Chapel (5870 N. 4700 W., Bear River City, UT). Interment in the Corinne Cemetery.
