Shaunn Allan Hunsaker, our humble, kind, loving Dad, peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his family, on July 29, 2022. He fought a two and a half years courageous battle of cancer and we are grateful Dad is at peace.
Dad was born on August 30, 1967 in Brigham City, Utah to Paul Hunsaker and Evelyn Bennett. He married Kathy Hupp Hunsaker on November 9, 1991 in the Logan Temple.
Dad lived in Logan and Garland, Utah and graduated from Bear River High School. He also graduated from Bridgerland Applied Technology Center in Industrial Building Trades. Dad worked at Ocean Star Int., Autoliv, and Post.
Dad was a hard worker and had several hobbies. He loved hunting, fishing, drawing, self taught with his Youtube nation, and loved all types of music. Dad was humble, kind, soft spoken, a peacemaker, but… Always a jokester and a friend to all. Dads whole life was spent putting us girls and mom as his top priority.
Dad was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He held and enjoyed many church callings.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Hunsaker; daughters, Jessica (Dylan) Arvig, Kati (Chancelor) Christensen, Kylee Hunsaker; grandson, Tega Arvig; father, Paul (Ovie) Hunsaker; mother, Evelyn Bennett; sister, Hayley (Cary) Schlickeiser; brothers, Todd (Carey) Hunsaker, Casey Hunsaker; in-laws, Thayne (Marsha) Hupp.
