Sheila Rae Skinner

Mom was born on April 12, 1946, in Tremonton, Utah, to Ray and Marie Housley and passed peacefully on September 27, 2024. Mom attended Garland Elementary School and graduated from Bear River High School. Mom married dad, Kent Skinner, on June 19, 1964, they welcomed five children Penny & (Kirk), Brian, Tricia & (Eldon) Thompson, Brandon, & Justin.

Mom worked for Tremonton Sportwear, IRS, and ATK until she retired. Mom cared for Dad for years until his passing on April 11, 2003. Mom was the ultimate caregiver, and we will be forever grateful to her for her loving care of everyone.

Mom is survived by three children as well as ten grandchildren Jordan, Kimberly, Amanda, Kyli, Cody, Madison, Brooklyn, Sydney, Taia, Arissa; as well as eight great grandchildren Jandei, Jaxon, Aubree, Axton, Austyn, Raelynn, Ryddick, and Rayven; her sister Shira & (Harry) McMurdie and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Kent; two sons Brian & Justin; grandson Micheal and sister Marilyn (Lynn) Hulse.

A very special thank you to Brandon for getting mom to and from Dr. appointments and Jaime at Intermountain Healthcare Homecare and Hospice.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 1 P.M. at the Valley View Bothwell Cemetery (11580 W 11200 N, Tremonton).
