Tamara (Tammy) Lee Hendrickson

Tamara (Tammy) Lee Rudd Hendrickson, age 72, passed away on October 21, 2023 at her home. She was born August 23, 1951 to Cliford and Ruth Rudd.

Tammy married Richard Hendrickson on January 24, 1986 in the Salt Lake City Temple. Throughout her life, she resided in Layton, Utah and Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Tammy attended and graduated from Davis High in 1969 and later pursued further education at Weber College.

During her career, Tammy worked for 20 years in banking and another 20 years in the healthcare industry. She brought dedication and professionalism to her work, leaving a lasting impact on those she served.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Tammy had a passion for music. She found solace and joy in cross-stitching, spending time with her active dogs, and immersing herself in the pages of a good book.

Tammy demonstrated unwavering faith throughout her life as an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her spirituality was an integral part of who she was and guided her actions and relationships.

She is survived by her loving husband Richard M. Hendrickson and her son Thomas J. Hendrickson. Tammy is preceded in death by her parents Cliford and Ruth Rudd, as well as her sister Laurel Johansen. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

Services to honor Tammy's life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11 A.M. with a viewing held prior from 10-10:45 A.M. All services will be at the LDS Church (2925 East Bengal Blvd- Salt Lake City 84121). Interment will take place at Mountain View Estates Cemetery.
