Tamra Wright

Tamra Wright, a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 22, 2023 at McKay Dee Hospital at the age of 64. She was born on June 19, 1958 in Logan, Utah to Daniel Archibald and Ina Goodey Archibald. Tamra married her loving husband Blaine Kern Wright on October 3, 1975 in the Logan Temple.

Throughout her life, Tamra resided in Clarkston, Smithfield and Portage Utah. She graduated from Skyview High School and worked as a florist for thirty years. Tamra had a genuine passion for flowers, crafting, camping, baking and spending quality time with her family.

Tamra was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She will be remembered for her dedication to her faith and love for the Lord.

She is survived by her husband Blaine K. Wright; sons Rusty Wright (Heidi Wright), Trever Wright (Ashley Wright), Josh Wright (Jera Wright), Jeremy Wright; daughter Kelli Escareno (Roman Escareno); sixteen grandchildren; sisters Judy Udy, Susan Sparks and Karen Earl. We pray that they take comfort in knowing that she is now reunited with those who have gone before her – her parents Daniel and Ina Archibald, brother Lonnie Archibald and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 26th at 11 A.M., with visitation prior from 9-10:30 A.M., both services will be held at the Clarkston LDS Church (25 E 100 S- Clarkston UT). Interment will follow in the Clarkston Cemetery. The family expresses special gratitude to McKay Dee and Bear River Valley Hospital Staff as well as the Plymouth First Responders.

Tamra Wright will be remembered for her loving, gentle spirit and dedication to her family and faith. Her warm and kind personality touched the lives of many.
