Toby Kranek

Beaver Dam- Toby Walker Kranek age 44 passed away on September 5, 2013. Toby was born in Lakeland, Florida on August 30, 1969 to Sidney Waite & Rebecca Walker.
Toby spent his childhood in Lakeland, Florida and in his late teens moved to Hyde Park, UT where he graduated from Sky View High School.
Toby attended USU where he and Cindi Allen met. Toby and Cindi were married June 15, 1994 in Hyde Park and made their home in Smithfield, UT. The family later moved to Beaver Dam, UT where they had been living for the last eleven years.
Toby was self employed running a delivery service for 17 years and also worked for several years installing garage doors for Doormaster and Doorsmith in Logan, UT. He was currently employed by Jensen & Sons Ironworks in Collinston, UT.
Toby could fix anything and loved to garden, play the guitar, go snowboarding, take care of his bees, bow fish, ride motorcycles, camp, hike or anything else outdoors. Camping with his family was always a highlight of every summer.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a missionary in Hawaii and Montana. He also was involved in scouting in the Young Men’s organization of the LDS Church.
Toby is survived by his wife Cindi Allen Kranek, Children Daniel W. & Kendra Kranek, parents Sidney (Mearritta)Waite, Rebecca Walker Kranek, Siblings David (Tammy) Waite, Debbie (Doug) Durrand, Darrin (Jana) Waite, Mary Dawn Waite, Dustin (Kim) Waite, Doug (Mandy) Waite, Denise (Mike) Hansen, DeAnn (Richard) Cardon and parents-in-law Rick (Tamara) Allen & Marlene S. Allen.
A memorial service for Toby will be held at the Beaver Dam Church (16025 N Beaver Dam Rd.) on September 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. there will be a visitation previous to the funeral at the church from 9- 10:30 a.m.
